Funding Requests

Have a project the Booster Club can help fund?

The Booster Club proudly supports all academic, athletic, and activity programs at Kelly Walsh High School. When a program needs an extra boost in their funds, we provide grants to meet their funding requests (as Booster Club funds will allow).

Organizations must submit funding requests to the KWHS Booster Club through the form below. The requesting organization will be notified within one week of the booster club’s decision.

Funding requests must be submitted 1 week prior to the monthly KWHS Booster Club meeting (second Monday of each month at 6pm).
The KWHS Booster Club Vice President will receive, process, and distribute the submission to board members no later than 5 days prior to the board meetings.
Coaches/sponsors should properly plan for the requested funds and ensure the above timeline is adhered to. Exceptions to this timeline will be done in rare/critical situations
Requests of more than $250 require an in-person presentation/proposal to the KWHS Booster Club. This proposal should be student-lead and should incorporate details that will enable the KWHS Booster Club to make an informed decision at the meeting.
The funding request cap/maximum per organization per school year is $1,500, except in rare/unique circumstances.
The individual request (ie travel, nationals, specific event) cap/maximum per student per school year is $100, except in rare/unique circumstances.
The funding of any request is subject to availability of KWHS Booster Club funds.
