Supporting Kelly Walsh students since 1979

supporting Kelly Walsh athletics, clubs, and programs with the help of parents, teachers, and alumni since 1979.

The Kelly Walsh Booster Club aims to provide quality academic, athletic, activity and acceptance programing and funding to KWHS students and recognized student organizations.

We encourage, support, and help enable student and family participation in school events, activities, and organizations.

Members are not required to pay for a membership; simply attend our monthly meeting and get involved.

Members can decide their level involvement: follow and share our social media posts, attend monthly meetings to keep in the know, volunteer at an event or on a committee whether you have a few minutes a month or few hours a week, or hold office and bring continued leadership to the Kelly Walsh Booster Club.​

Funding requests

The Booster Club proudly supports all academic, athletic, and activity programs at Kelly Walsh.

Concessions

Programs receive 50% of sales from concessions events their members and families work.

Sponsors

The Booster Club welcomes funding assistance for our Sponsors each year. Their support helps us support our students.

Merchandise

Who doesn't love some good KW gear? The KWHS Booster Club has gear on hand so you can get your gear today! Look for us selling our gear at KWHS events.

FAQ

Please attend our monthly meeting (second Monday of each month at 6pm at KWHS). If you can’t make that time, please contact us so that we can provide with you a host of opportunities!
We provide quality academic, athletic, activity, and acceptance (KWHS’s 4 Pillars!) programming and funding to KWHS students and recognized student organizations. We also encourage, support, and help enable student and family participation in school events, activities, and organizations. Importantly, we provide funding opportunities for student organizations (via funding requests and/or concession sales), and we also seek to provide support for larger, capital projects that benefit the school and its students.
Because we support all 4 Pillars and so many students and student organizations, we need lots of volunteer help! While financial donations are important and greatly appreciated, we also need volunteers and your time/talents to best support our great students and school.
We have five officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Fundraising Chair), four committees (Fundraising, Concessions, Communications, and Events), two ex-officio members (KWHS Principal and Athletics Director), and as many volunteers as we can get each year. Our organization is most successful when we have many volunteers serving on the club and throughout all our committees.

Fundraising

Members of this committee would to generate financial support and resources to advance the objective of the Kelly Walsh Booster Club. Wd collaborate to identify potential donors and sponsors, organize fundraising events, and ensure sponsors are recognized appropriately.

Concessions

Be part of the team that manages the Booster Club’s largest money maker for KWHS Teams, Clubs and Programs. As a committee, we stock supplies, clean, and organize volunteers, while our programs volunteer to “sell” at events to earn half the proceeds.

Communications

Our communications committee is responsible for managing the internal and external communications of the Kelly Walsh Booster Club. From crafting flyers for events, managing social media, maintaining and updating the website, we help ensure people stay in the know about what’s happening at KWHS Booster Club.

Events and Merchandise

The Events and Merchandise Committee helps plan and organize events and fundraisers through the year. They help design, order, display and sell KW swag at events, proceeds going to the Booster Club.
